Director and Principal Designer

Kristy is the owner and principal director of Q + Co Design with over 15 years experience in interior design, styling, new builds and renovations. Her style is inspired by natural materials and coastal elements, creating interiors with warmth, texture and a focus on natural light. A born and bred Peninsula local, she works closely with her clients and team to deliver tailored designs unique to each project.

Lead Interior Designer

Kady brings a fun and vibrant energy to the studio with a dash of witty humour! With over 10 years of industry experience, her designs are thoughtfully curated with unique charm. Kady's weekends are likely spent enjoying a coffee by the beach with her husband and two beautiful girls.

Graduate of Architecture

Mariana has a passion for street art and cool, coastal custom interiors. Her wealth of knowledge extends internationally with her roots starting in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The ultimate perfectionist, her drawings are some of the best on the peninsula! Mariana's infectious smile and fiery passion is what makes her a special asset to our team.

Interior Designer

Tayla has been a creative from a young age and loves all things design. She has a charismatic and engaging passion for sourcing the best materials and finishes for your project with extra care in sustainable design solutions. Tayla is the entertainer of our team and you can keep an eye out at the local beaches for her and her cheeky puppy, Nellie.
